Dear Parents, Carers, Students and Friends of Ruardean Church of England Primary School,

 

The Governors are very pleased to let you know that following a rigorous selection progress, Mr Simon Manning has been appointed as the new Headteacher of Ruardean Church of England Primary School. He will take up his position in September 2017.

Mr Manning is currently teaching at Mitcheldean Endowed Primary School, where he is part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Mr Manning brings a wealth of experience from his role in Mitcheldean and from a number of additional innovative projects he has been involved with in schools across the county. The Governors are delighted that we have found a new Head who we are confident will continue to ensure Ruardean is a happy, safe and caring place to learn and build on the many strengths of the School.

Mr Manning will be working closely with Mrs Evans over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
