Spring
Here are just a couple of sneaky peeks
taken from our week’s learning focus
- The Easter Story.
We listened to the story from different books,
including the Bible.
We also looked at different paintings of Jesus’ arrival into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. We noticed that, although they were all different they also had similarities.
We used these findings to paint our own versions.
We looked at the old part of Jerusalem and the more modern buildings too on Google Street View. Then some of us chose to build the city using blocks and play people.
We made Easter cards to show new life and also explored making different crosses - aswell as tasting hot cross buns!

Well-being
Well-Being day March 2021
We had a wonderful surprise today when Acorns Nursery invited us to meet their Spring visitors. We were all lucky enough to touch or hold the ducklings as well as find out a little bit about them.
We saw their webbed feet, felt their soft downy feathers and heard their gentle cheeping.

School Again!
We have been exploring together and playing together and are so happy to be back together!
Here are a few photos of us doing just that in the Spring sunshine.
We found some ash saplings in our digging area so we looked at the roots and planted them in pots.
