A Cold Dark Night
Our adventures into another dark night began a week or so ago when we started to learn and explore the story of Nativity.
Great learning has taken place through role play, small world, books and writing, number, listening, creative crown making and construction, culminating in our short film.
Christmas Jumper Day!
Over the last week or so, we have looked at, listened to and revisited the story of Ned the hedgehog. We then made a story map with actions to help us retell it.

It Was A Cold Dark Night by Tim Hopwood
This week was a cram packed one!
It was a week full of exploration, celebration, thinking of others and friendship.
We explored darkness through den building, light and goodness through Diwali, thought of others during Remembrance and Children In Need and experienced our first outdoor fire with friends.
Our clay divas are almost ready for decorating too!
