Wraparound Clubs - Booking System Now Open

The bookings facility for our new Breakfast and After School Childcare Clubs has been added to ParentPay accounts.

The club’s will open week commencing 28/04/25 and will operate from Firs Classroom until refurbishment work has been completed.

You will need to book or cancel your sessions at least 7 days in advance - (For anything less you will need to contact the school office).

All bookings will need to be paid within 15 minutes to secure the booking.

You can book for the rest of the year in advance if you wish and if you plan to use tax free childcare through childcare choices https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/ , please contact us.

The Breakfast club will open 7.40am-8.40am and cost £5.50 per child and the After-School Childcare Club will run from 3.15pm-6.00pm, and will cost £9.50 per child until 5.30pm or £10.50 per child until 6pm.

Please Note: There will be late collection charges for pick-ups after 6pm.

If you plan on using the clubs the first week back after Easter, please make your bookings before we break-up for the holidays so that we can plan staffing levels and food /refreshments, as well as send out the relevant registration forms.
