Friday Celebration (also in our School Blog)
Fri 23 Oct 2020What a busy term we have had!
The children who shared either their work or are recognised for their attitude to learning this week are; Agnes, Lily, Tom B, Kyle, Alanna, Amna, Grace, Bertie, Jess H, Michael-J, Ed, Ethan and Alfie. Well done to all of you.
Yesterday all of the children in Larches, Elms and Oaks took part in an 'intra school sports event'. Mrs Rylatt and Mr White, ProSports Coach, organised a day of activities for 'House' teams to compete against each other. The results were;
- Year 3 & 4 - 3rd Red/Green, 2nd Yellow, 1st Blue House
- Year 5 & 6 - 4th Green, 3rd Blue, 2nd Yellow, 1st Red House
Children have continued to receive 'glass nuggets; for showing Respect, Readiness and Responsibility. The whole school jar is almost full, so the children have almost earnt their reward. The clue for the surprise reward activity is...we need a large space for it and it involves a visitor!
Have a safe and good half term and we will see you soon.
Thank you
Mr Manning
