Thank you to everyone for attending our Christingle Service at the Church, thank you also to our worship team for making all of the Christingles and Crooked End Farm for donating them.
The residents of The Old Rectory Longhope sent prizes to two of our children who got Highly Recommended in the book mark Competition. The Children in Oaks also passed on cards they had made for the residents.
Thank goodness the electricity came back on this morning as we were able to have a fabulous Christmas Dinner at lunchtime as well as do the raffle draw.
This morning the children were treated to a wonderful performance of Winter Wonderland. Thank you to the 'Friends of Ruardean School' for enabling the children to have this fabulous opportunity. We all enjoyed singing along and even joining in for a bit of a dance!
Today the children split into their house colour groups and took part in lots of learning around the how 'light' is significant in different religions. They made Diva pots, took part in a Diwali Dance workshop, created a giant Christingle mural ready for our Christingle service next week and...
We feel very festive in School today with everyone wearing their Christmas Jumpers. Thank you for your donations to Save The Children, so far we have raised over £40.
This year we decorated our Christmas Tree at the church with our Nows, Ows and Wows. Children designed their decorations around this theme and we added our golden thread of spirituality (Tinsel). The worship team took the decorations down this morning to put on our tree.
