End of Year Service 2025
Fri 18 Jul 2025We had a wonderful time at the church this morning. Best wishes to all our leavers. We are sure they will all enjoy their new schools and look forward to hearing how they are getting along.

Year 6 leavers Residential Trip to Viney Hill
Thu 17 Jul 2025Our year 6's have had a fabulous couple of days at their leavers residential. They have tackled the climbing wall - the low ropes obstacle course, a night hike and some very impressive crate stacking!!! Hopefully lots of memories have been made to take with them on the next chapter of their lives.

KS2 Summer production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Wed 09 Jul 2025The whole school community was 'wowed' yesterday at the KS2 productions of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Well done to all the children it was fabulous seeing your 'Love for Life' up on the stage. Thank you to all the staff who put so much time and effort into making this play such a success.

KS1 trip to the Church with Reverend Clare
Tue 01 Jul 2025The children had a tour of the church today - we were able to learn about the font, have a go at bell ringing and try to work out mathematically the amount of people the pews would seat. Thank you to Reverend Clare for showing us around and answering all our questions.

Houses of Parliament Trip
Fri 20 Jun 2025Yesterday the children in KS2 embarked on an adventure to the Houses of Parliament. For some it was their first time to London and the excitement when they saw Big Ben was incredible. Thank you to all the staff and helpers, it was a long day but well worth it - our children definitely experienced a 'Love of Life!'.

Ocean awareness day
Fri 13 Jun 2025What a wonderful morning we have all had! It started with School Council telling us about the ocean and then we had a quiz to test our knowledge. After that we split into our house colours and did 4 different activities: we did a dance about the ocean, we painted a picture of the ocean and the creatures in it, we wrote a prayer to save the oceans and we learnt about how to get rubbish out of the oceans with a science experiment. Thank you to School Council for organising and thank you to everyone for your donations to the Marine Conservation Society.

Beeches trip to Robinswood Nature Reserve
Thu 12 Jun 2025Beeches class had a hands on exploration day at Robinswood Nature Reserve yesterday. The children had an amazing time learning about the different habitats and wildlife living there - the pond dipping was a favourite though!

Sports Day part 2
Thu 22 May 2025Well done to everyone who took part in our sports day races down the playing field this afternoon. Thank you to all the adults who made it happen!

Sports Day part 1
Tue 20 May 2025The whole school took part in the first part of sports day this afternoon with a carousel of activities led by the year 6s - we had welly wagging, obstacle courses and a coconut shy activity. All points from today will be added to each house along with points from our sports day on Thursday.

Year 6 have finished SATs
Thu 15 May 2025Well done to our year 6s for completing their SATs this week - they were rewarded with their leavers hoodies this afternoon. Thank you to 'Friends of Ruardean' for funding them.
