Project Bloom in Partnership with the FODDC - 19.11.25
Students from KS2 took part in Project Bloom - a Community Engagement Initiative in partnership with the FODDC.
We were excited to be invited to be part of this inspiring community initiative, which focused on hands-on learning around nature, sustainability, and wellbeing. It was a fantastic opportunity for pupils to engage in creative outdoor activities, build environmental awareness, and contribute to a greener future within their local community.
As part of the project, children had the chance to:
- Take part in a local litter pick alongside the FODDC Community Engagement Team
- Join in planting activities to help improve nearby green spaces
- Plant bulbs in school
- Learn about the importance of caring for their environment in fun and meaningful ways
