It is a tradition at Ruardean that when you start with us you get a 'buddy' for your first year at school. This helps you to feel part of our school community and gives you that older friend who can show you around and help you throughout the year.  Our Year 6s see this as an opportunity to be role models and have the responsibility for our new children. It means everyone in the school experiences how we show a 'Love for One Another' .
